Hiking to the top of Timp. has always been on my life list and as of Saturday I can now check that off!!
We got up at 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning and headed to the Timpanoke trail head where we met a bunch of Dillon's family and we started the trek, for the first few miles we all stayed together but when the other group wanted to stop and rest and have some lunch that's when Dillon, Jodie and I took off with out them we all just needed to keep on trekking we made it all the way to the top and the view was amazing. We are so blessed to live in such beautiful country and its practically in our back yard.

I swear I check your blog weekly, somehow I've missed your last FOUR entries!!! It looks like such a fun summer. The Beutler's sure know how to have fun, that group is always doing something!Great job on the Timp hike. I know I've heard you discuss your desire to conquer it many times. Great job!
