SUMMER IN REVIEW

We went to Lake Powell with Dillons family. Gage had fun playing in the sand, he does not seem to like going off the slide on the house boat. Hopefully he will not need counseling later in life. Mia had fun getting held and loved by all. Thanks to all for helping out with our kids and just for helping make Lake Powell great.

Gage turned 3 this August. He enjoyed opening all of his presents, tears were shed when we sang Happy Birthday to him (he is a very tender fella). He loves all of his present thanks for the gifts. We love him and cannot imagine life without him, we can't believe it has been 3 years already. We are so lucky to have him in our lives.

We went to St George one weekend and got to enjoy a day in Zion National Park. The kids got to catch frogs and do some cliff jumping into the river. We went to Sand Hollow the next day. Some enjoyed boating while others enjoyed sitting under a canopy nursing and keeping their 4 months old out of the sun :)

Spudman 2009. It is offical, I am a Triathlete hehe. I had lots of fun and thanks to Lyndsey and Christy for inviting me. We should do it again next year.

SUMMER REVIEW PART 2

In June Dillon did his first triathlon with his cousin Jake. They did the Scofield Tri and did great. Nikki (Jakes wife), Gage, Mia and I went to watch them cross the finish line.

This is the Kiddos on the 4th of July. Sorry the pictures are kinda dark I was playing around with the camera. Started out the day with the freedom festival run (not pictured), and since the folks were out of town no omletes so we did the next best thing and had Kneaders french toast....delicous. We then went and saw the movie UP and had a BBQ with Dillons parents and enjoyed the wonderful PG Fireworks.

Nick and Amy sent this little outfit so I thought I would model her in it so that they could see it. Don't you just want to eat those cheeks with toast? We all know you do Bob!!

Dillon did the wasatch Back this year. It was a painful experiance for him, he has bad plantar fasciitis in both feet. They finished and I am hoping to do it next year!
