Has it really been 10 years

Saturday I had my 10 year high school reunion, It was fun to see everyone, get caught up with those I haven't seen in awhile mostly I just enjoyed spending time with the gang I have been blessed with a bunch of GREAT FRIENDS!! Thank you for all the good times and great memories.

Out of the blue one day Dillon brought home these flowers just to say he loves me!! Thanks Dillon they made my day.

Memorial Day

I know its a little late but I thought I would post it any way! We had a fun Memorial Day it started out with a 5k run for Ryan Cox, he passed away and left behind his sweet wife and 3 little girls so they did this run as a fundraiser, it rained up until the race started and then stopped and then started again shortly after we had finished, Dillon pushed Gage in the jogger and Gage had a nice little nap while we where running. What a sport.

After the race we just hung out at home we where planning on doing yard work but with all the rain we decided to put it off.

We had a BBQ at my parents house it was fun and the sun came out for a bit so we took advantage of that and enjoyed some wiffle ball, and roasted marshmellow and ate some yummy s'mores.

Havasupai

Dillon and I have been wanting to go to Havasupai since we first got married, it just never worked out until this year, we had been planning this trip since January and of course we had a little mishap with Gage so we thought we wouldn't be going.
We decided that Gage was going to be fine and that we would go ahead and go.
In about and hour and half we got our packs all packed and dropped Gage off at my moms and where on our way!
After a really long car ride nine hours to be exact, we spent the night in a hotel which is about an hour away from the parking lot to Havasupai, we got up the next morning and drove to the parking lot unloaded our stuff and started our hike.
The hike was beautiful but long and I have to admit that my pack was killing my collar bones, not really something I thought about when I was getting fitted for my pack. It was a fun trip and we look forward to doing it again now that we know what to expect.

Quack Quack!

A few weekends ago we went down to a pond that's near BYU campus and they have a bunch of ducks, Gage had a blast chasing them and a nice person that was there gave him a piece of bread to feed them any way it was cheap entertainment

We went to Disneyland!!

Gage and I got to tag along with Amy and the kids to Disneyland, we went about two weeks ago and yes I'm just getting around to blogging it! We had a great time thanks Amy for letting us come, hopefully we where some help! (I did try to up date the blog yesterday but my little buddy Gage turned off the computer!! Love him.)

We went to the beach on Sunday it was a great day to go! Of course the water was freezing I don't know how the kids could stand being in it, oh to be young again.

Gage didn't really care for the sand that much at first but after just observing for awhile he decided that is wasn't so bad, then he wasn't content just sitting and playing in the sand he had to check it all out.

The petting zoo at Disneyland was a highlight for Gage he didn't want to pet the animals but he was great at making all there sounds.
